At AA Office Supplies, we want every purchase to be one you are fully satisfied with. If for any reason you change your mind — or if something is not quite right with your order — our returns and refunds policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.
60-Day Return Window
You may return any printer or scanner purchased from aaofficesupplies.com within 60 days from the date of delivery, for any reason whatsoever, including a simple change of mind. No lengthy explanations are required. This applies to all orders delivered anywhere in the Philippines.
How to Request a Return
To begin the process, send an e-mail to info@aaofficesupplies.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- A brief reason for the return (optional, but helpful to us)
Our customer service team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and will confirm your return request promptly. You may also use the contact form on our website if you prefer.
Condition of the Item
The unit must be returned complete — including all accessories, cables, documentation, and original packaging that came with it. Reasonable testing of the product before deciding to return it is perfectly acceptable; we simply ask that the item has not been damaged through misuse or mishandling.
Free Return Pickup
We arrange the return pickup at no cost to you. Once your return request is confirmed, our logistics partner will collect the item directly from your address. You do not need to bring it to any drop-off point or courier hub.
Inspection and Refund Timeline
Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm its completeness and condition. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the item. Because we accept payment by Visa and Mastercard through a secure 3-D Secure payment page, refunds are returned directly to the card used at checkout. We do not store card data.
Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Items
Should your item arrive defective or turn out to be the wrong product, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or full refund under the manufacturer's official warranty as well as the implied warranty provided by the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter as a priority. The same free-pickup arrangement applies.
Exchanges
If you would like a different model instead of a refund, simply indicate this in your return request e-mail. We will do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly, with no additional fees on our end.
