Through aaofficesupplies.com, we bring a focused selection of printers and scanners directly to customers all across the country — from Metro Manila to the provinces — with no need to visit a physical store.
What We Sell
We carry genuine printers and scanners from leading brands, sourced through authorised channels. Every product sold on this site comes with the manufacturer's official warranty, so you have the full protection that warranty entitles you to under Philippine law. We do not carry grey-market or refurbished units — only brand-new, authentic equipment.

- Free nationwide delivery. We ship to any address in the Philippines at no charge. After your order is confirmed, expect your item to arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
- Transparent pricing. All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and already include the 12% VAT. There are no hidden fees, and nothing extra is collected at the time of delivery.
- 60-day returns for any reason. If you change your mind or are simply not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 60 days from the date of delivery. We arrange the return pickup free of charge and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the item back.
- Protection for defective items. Should your product develop a defect, you are covered by both the manufacturer's official warranty and the implied warranty provided under the Consumer Act of the Philippines. We will arrange for free repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
- Secure checkout. Payments are processed through a 3-D Secure page using Visa or Mastercard. We do not store your card details at any point.
